WCAL Alumni
This list is a work in progress of the alumni from the schools of the WCAL who have distinguished themselves in the professional ranks or in international competition.
You may submit possible candidates for the alumni list here. Include documentation.
The WCAL is the final determiner of who is added and what sports are considered.
The criteria for inclusion on the list are as follows:
- Must have graduated from a WCAL school from when competition began in the Fall of 1967 until the present. (Class of 1968 to present).
- Women from WCAL schools are eligible from 1967 until present, even though women’s sports were added at a later date.
- Major league baseball only. No minor league players or other foreign leagues.
- NFL or CFL Football. No arena, European.
- NBA. No European or other foreign leagues.
- A member of a professional team in any sport the WCAL schools compete in. No minor league players.
- Member of a national team that competes in international competition such as Olympics or world championships.
